Quick Growing Guide

1. Prepare substrate: Use wheat straw, sawdust, sugarcane bagasse, cardboard or cocopeat+bran. Pasteurize by heating (65–70°C for 45–60 min) or lime-soak (pH 10–12 for 12 hours). Drain — moist but not dripping.
2. Mix spawn: Cool substrate, then mix 5–10% spawn by wet weight (e.g., 1 kg spawn : 10–20 kg wet substrate). Mix evenly.
3. Fill bags/containers: Use PP bags with filter patch or containers with small holes. Fill snugly (not compressed) and seal/tie.
4. Incubate (Mycelium run): Keep in darkness at 22–28°C. Normal indoor humidity is fine. Wait 10–15 days until fully white.
5. Initiate fruiting: Make an X-cut (~3–5 cm) in the bag — do not remove plastic. Spray around the cut 1–2 times daily with clean water; keep humidity contained.
6. Harvest & regrow: Pins appear in 3–5 days; harvest clusters 5–10 days after pinning by twisting gently. Lightly spray daily to get 2–3 additional flushes.
